This superb example of the classic Beetle started its life in 1972 in Germany before being brought over to the UK in 1990, upon arrival a full right hand drive conversion was carried out.
Excellent history that dates back to it's life in Germany with many invoices to show. Once in the Uk it benefitted from a number of upgrades and extensive restoration that included a full respray.
Upgrades: Immobiliser and 12V socket, electronic ignition, upgraded springs for a better stance, mohair roof/ tonneau cover, short shift gear lever, modern radio hidden in the glove box.
Amongst the invoices there is prof of a recent clutch, battery, respray and bodywork and a number of other maintenance bits. This Beetle really is a stunning car to look at and drive.
Although historic and MOT exempt we will be putting an MOT on it to ensure it is in tip top shape.
